1. General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and 99db ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://99db.vip and all associated sub-domains, mobile-browser versions, and service interfaces (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 99db Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the 99db platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering, registered members who have completed the full KYC verification process, and VIP programme participants. Different sections of the Service may be subject to additional specific terms — for example, individual bonus promotions carry their own promotion-specific conditions — and those additional terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail only to the extent of the specific inconsistency.

99db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will use reasonable efforts to notify active members via email or an on-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Service following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force.

The 99db Service is made available exclusively in English. All correspondence with 99db support, all account documentation, and all formal notices between you and 99db shall be conducted in English. The platform is designed for the English-literate online audience in Bangladesh, and all contractual obligations under these Terms are construed under that context.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The 99db Service is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions — and a serious breach of these Terms in all cases — for any person under the age of 18 to access, register on, deposit funds into, or place any wager on the 99db platform. If you are under 18 years of age, you must leave this website immediately.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf, and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, including any territory under international sanctions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of a 99db employee in a role with access to platform operations, odds-setting, game configuration, or account management.
• You are not acting in a professional gambling capacity that would allow you to gain an unfair technical or informational advantage over the platform.
• You have not been self-excluded from any gambling platform within a period during which that self-exclusion remains active.

99db reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our KYC team will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, if prolonged, account closure. Any winnings accrued during a period in which age or identity could not be verified are not guaranteed and may be subject to review.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 99db services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing winnings — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, contact telephone number, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold only one registered account on the 99db platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether through different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, 99db reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain all balances as a penalty, and permanently ban the individual from re-registering.

KYC Verification Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal request, 99db is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This is a standard industry practice designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A copy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification showing your full name and date of birth.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your current residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the past three months.
• A screenshot or confirmation reference for your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet, confirming that the wallet is registered in your own name.
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested by the KYC team for additional verification purposes.

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible form. Blurred, cropped, altered, or otherwise illegible documents will not be accepted and will delay the verification process. 99db aims to process KYC submissions within 48 hours of receipt of all required documentation during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99db platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 99db does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to availability and your issuing bank's terms)

Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit at 99db is ৳200. There is no stated maximum deposit limit for standard members; however, deposits above a certain threshold may trigger enhanced KYC review as part of our anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 99db account balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect, depending on the processing times of your bank.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 99db does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a payment source that does not match the name on your 99db account will be reversed and the originating account flagged for review.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. Where this is not possible — for example, if a payment method has been deregistered — 99db will contact you to arrange an alternative verified method. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request during normal operating hours; during peak periods or public holidays in Bangladesh, processing may take up to 72 hours.

99db does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may levy their own transaction fees, and 99db has no control over or liability for such charges. You are advised to review your payment provider's current fee schedule before submitting a withdrawal request.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to 99db's satisfaction. Any pending withdrawal request submitted before KYC is complete will be held in a pending state until verification is approved. 99db reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

99db offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Claiming a bonus constitutes your acceptance of both the specific promotion terms and these general conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members who make their first qualifying deposit at 99db are eligible for a 100% matched welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳500. The bonus credit will be added to your account within one hour of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. The welcome bonus is available only once per member, per household, and per device. Accounts that are found to have claimed the welcome bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts will be closed without notice.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits issued by 99db — including the welcome bonus — are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings generated from bonus play may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless a lower multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must wager a cumulative total of ৳30,000 on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are:

• Slots and crash games: 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution
• Sports betting markets: 100% contribution (subject to minimum odds of 1.80)
• Jackpot slots: 50% contribution

Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Any bonus balance remaining in your account after the expiry of this window will be forfeited automatically. Time extensions are not granted except in cases of documented technical failure on the 99db platform.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering conversion process.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit stacking.
• 99db reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Where 99db suspects that a bonus is being claimed in bad faith, through collusion, or through technical exploitation, all associated bonus credit and derived winnings may be voided without notice pending investigation.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered member of 99db, you agree to use the Service in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, engaging in chargeback fraud, or submitting falsified KYC documentation.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through coordinated multi-account activity, matched betting across accounts, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker, live blackjack, or any other competitive game format.
• Money laundering: Using the 99db platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 99db is required to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities and will do so without prior notice to the member concerned.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, browser automation tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing anomalies to place wagers at odds that are clearly and manifestly incorrect. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Abusive conduct: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward 99db staff in any support channel.

99db employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, 99db reserves the right to take any combination of the following actions: suspend account access pending investigation; void relevant bets, bonuses, and winnings; close the account permanently; retain account balances where permitted by applicable law; and report the conduct to the relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

99db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe.
• A member has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the platform to restrict or terminate a member's access.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 99db will conduct a review of outstanding balances. Balances derived from legitimate real-money deposits that have not been implicated in any fraudulent or prohibited activity will be returned to the member's verified payment method after the review is complete. Balances that are linked to bonus abuse, fraudulent deposits, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited in their entirety.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact 99db support at [email protected] or via WhatsApp. Voluntary closure requests will be actioned within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99db's total aggregate liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99db shall not be liable — under any circumstances — for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages;
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated platform restrictions;
• Loss of data resulting from hardware failure, cyberattack, or any other external cause beyond 99db's reasonable control;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the policies, technical outages, or regulatory constraints of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 99db's liability for death or personal injury caused by 99db's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The 99db Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 99db makes every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted platform availability, we do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, virus-free, or accessible at all times. Members are responsible for ensuring that their own device, internet connection, and security software are adequate for safe and reliable access to the platform.
